Great product and service from an excellent company. We bought a Reverse Osmosis system from Water2Buy - RO600 - primarily for my carnivorous plants when I run out of rainwater - a common occurrence in the south of France during summer, but also... for the best quality drinking water for us. We also have a Water2Buy water softener bought several years ago which has been excellent. Had a couple of installation issues with the RO system but Water2Buy responded immediately and the issues were quickly resolved. Very happy with the product. Highly recommended.read more

The WB200 unit I received was not correctly calibrated so water usage was not being correctly metered. Quick response to my email query and following a brief exchange some instructions to correct the error were provided and now the water softener... is now metering as expected.read more

W2B200 unit Installation was straightforward - the installation diagrams were very clear. Setting up took a bit more time however the app helped and wasn’t difficult. The unit will eventually be housed in a cupboard however it doesn’t look out of... place sitting on a temporary plinth in the utility room. The water quality is very good and we are very pleased with our purchase.read more

Ich bin der Funktion des Geräts bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Die Installation war überschaubar und die Einstellungen mit der BNT Bedienungsanleitung auch machbar. Die Installation des Montageblock musste ein Installateur machen (Pressmuffen und... Kunststoffleitungen) der Rest war relativ einfach. Der Salzverbrauch war bisher 2 Säcke auf 3 Monate bei einem 4 Personenhaushalt. Alle sind begeistert vom weichem Wasser , vorher 21 dh jetzt 7 dh.Folgende Punkte sind dennoch Verbesserungsbedürftig:- Verpackung ; Packet war beschädigt wie bei vielen Anderen (Grund billige Verpackung) besseres Material und ein Kantenschutz wären gut . Die Diskussion mit dem Packet dienst müsste nicht sein , nach schauen ob die Ware beschädigt ist, ist auf jeden Fall anzuraten (grüne Abdeckhaube defekt ?).- Eine Aussagekräftige Bedienungsanleitung wäre sinnvoll , andere Könnens auch (BNT)- Kunststoffverschraubungen am Steuerventil , da wir am falschem Ende gespart.- DVGW Zertifizierung wäre nicht schlecht , der Installateur sagt er darf die Anlage nicht anschließen.read more

Tolles Gerät zum kleinen Preis. Macht was es soll. Salzverbrauch ist unterhalb dessen, was ich selbst vermutet habe. Bis jetzt (6 Wochen), habe ich erst einen halben 25 kg sack verbraucht. Einstellung des Härtegrades macht sich am besten mit einem... Gesamthärte Messbesteck, was es hier bei amazon für ca. 10 Euro gibt. Beim Water2buy Anschlußset mit Gewebeschlauch würde ich persönlich abraten und lieber im deutschen Fachhandel die Gewebeschläuche kaufen. Die Anlage selbst kann wirklich durch Nichthandwerker installierrt werden, allerdings Grundkenntnisse vom Sanitär müssen vorhanden sein.read more

Current review is mainly for purchase and installation process: I had a very good experience of the whole purchase and installation process. I bought the WB200 after much considerations and whatever doubts I had Steven cleared them over a call... before I purchased it. I had gone for the deal for WB200 + drinking water filter + installation. I found this was the best price offered as I had checked with some plumbers directly as well if I bought it on Amazon. The installation was done by a W2B authorised dealer and they were very good and understanding during the whole scheduling process. The installation engineer was on time, very friendly and got all materials needed for installation (there was something missing which he himself procured as well). He explained everything in detail and also explained what needs to be done in case there was some other work to be done later on etc. Overall very happy so far with the sales and installation. I will soon post a review on the actual quality of the product in a few weeks time. Thanks Steven, Prem and Chandan.read more

Vraiment très satisfait ! J'ai acheté un W2B200 sur Amazon. Après avoir vu les différents commentaires, j'ai voulu tenter ma chance et je ne suis vraiment pas déçu. Tout ce qui est dit est vrai. J'avais une eau très dure mais c'était avant.... je... dois encore maitriser certains réglages notamment pour le petit gout salé qu'a l'eau. Ce n'est pas désagréable mais peut géner un peu. A priori l'installation d'un filtre à cartouche en sortie d'assoucisseur peut régler ce problème.Pour résumer.... ALLEZ Y LES YEUX FERMES !! Installation rapide et produit TRES EFFICACE. I have had to call customer service twice since July 2019, when my unit was installed. Both times the service I received was exemplary. I am a stickler for customer service (read my other reviews, I do not freely give positive feedback) and with... this Company, the service is second to none. The phone is answered quickly. Had a new kitchen installed and the stock water softener was continually unavailable. Having looked at various sites this was a strongly recommended one. Ordered and delivered swiftly. Have been very happy since intstallation. Whilst there is an... installation booklet the only downside was that it did not come with a user/owner/maintenance manual and the internet information is somewhat sparse. I purchased the Reverse Osmosis Nonpumped Water2buy RO500 last year and later bought a Mineral Filter from Water2buy. They have been great to deal with, no issues on either purchase. They also sent printed instructions and a link to a video which I... used to install everything myself. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It took me 2 hours to install but now I know exactly how it works which means i can easily maintain the system at minimum cost. The product is excellent and I'm really glad I installed the Water2buy RO filter, water tastes just as great almost a year after installing it. I will definitely return to Water2buy for new filters because I know what to expect from them in terms of product and customer service.read more

After reading excellent reviews and comparing the product with others I bought a Timer 110 model as it was good value for money by comparison. It works perfectly and, although initially I had a concern that it was using too much salt I found that... this was only for the first month. Since then it has settled down and I have used just two 25kg bags in one year, at the next-to-minimum setting, suitable for my 2 bed apartment. In addition I tested the Sodium content and found this to still be 135mg/l, well within the current English 'wholesome water' criteria of 200 mg/l. This is an excellent, flawless, product.read more

Unit arrived promptly. I got a plumber to fit it, charged me about 170 but a good job. The cost of the unit and fitting was much less than the other quotes I had for units that would do the same thing. I've been running it for about three months and... the water is very soft, makes a massive difference with no scum in sinks and no limesce marks on chrome taps. I am a Water2buy customer since 2011 and have been enjoying and continue to experience their excellence in all areas of their business today. The quality of their products is such that I never needed to research for water purification products from... another company. I personally use a five-stage reverse osmosis purifying system bought from Water2buy at a very affordable price seven years ago and operating without any problems to date.Back then, my wife was a distributor of another water purification products supplier and had a water testing kit to test and show potential customers the quality of the tap water and the one purified by a reverse osmosis system.The kit uses two electrodes in a glass of tap water for a few minutes and you don't want to see (or maybe you want) what the water turns into in the glass - a black, muddy, disgusting liquid with a nasty smell. This is the tap water we drink in Ireland (or, I guess, the majority of the people do, because I and my family don't - we use reverse osmosis system from Water2buy).The same test performed on a glass of purified with the system water returns crystal clear results! It tastes clean. Since then I have tried only a few times to taste the tap water and the taste is repulsive to me. I think there's no need to say more.However, I can say more about the customer experience with Water2buy and their excellent customer service. They are an Irish company to trust. Always promptly answer queries and solve issues quickly and efficiently to the customer satisfaction (and I really mean this)! This is a review of Water2Buy customer service. I ordered the 800 water softener unit which comes with 1 inch fittings, unfortunately the exisiting pipework is 3/4". When I called the customer helpline, it was busy so I left a message for them to... call back. Steve from Water2Buy called within the half-hour and I explained the problem. Nothing was too much trouble, he said he would immediately mail the 3/4" fittings with next-day delivery. Awesome.read more

great product at a fabulous pricequickly and contained everything I needed to replace the 4 main filter units (but not the membrane, which only needs replacing every two years). The included instructions were fine, but the website also has videos... which are great for giving you the confidence to get everything right first time (which is a real plus when dealing with plumbing!) The free delivery to Spain was super-fast. The packet arrived in perfect condition. The initial instructions are quite simple and adequate. I had a couple of doubts on the set-up which were dealt with immediately by W2B. Installation was very simple... and and the resulting change in water quality almost unbelievable. Within 24 hours the Test strips had gone from 4 bars maximum calcium to 4 bars of low calcium. I am talking about model 400.
My only criticism of water2buy is that they should give more information on maintenance e.g. when do we have to clean/change the resin ? I've seen something about this on you-tube so I hope to find out before it becomes necessary. For the moment I am a very satisfied customer.read more

Very cheap compared to the competition yet still very good service. Was offered free installation as I spoke to them directly through their website. Original plumber couldn't make the appointment so they organised another from out of catchment 2... hours away after some 'encouragement'. Poor guy had a very small space to work with but got it done, and drove himself to nearby store to get any parts. Small leak after he left but he drove back about 20 mins to sort it. still running ok after a year. smell coming from salt blocks since i deep cleaned and cleaned the resin but am waiting for a call back to talk it through. Recommended to friends and family especially if in a new build so your new pipes can stay like new.read more

Got it installed by a plumber. Very tricky and difficult installation as the apparatus was installed in a different location. 4+ hours spent by an engineer. He was very patient and made sure that he does everything right first time. Extremy... pleased.

After installing the softener, he explained to me how it works, how to maintain it and did a test which... showed very soft water. Super easy install; I had a plumber fit mine bit having watched him do it, next time I'd fit it myself.
Works instantly; the effects were felt instantly and within 48 hours our tank had pushed out all the untreated water and refilled with lovely... softened water. Soft silky shower water and the glass screen doors look less cloudy already. A good clean should get them looking like new and lasting longer than ever before.

I had my W2B 200 for about 5 years and it had given soft water without any problems. I then suffered a power surge that fried the control board. I contacted the company and was expecting to hear that it was outside the warranty so they couldn't... help. Instead they sent me a new control board and when this didn't fix the problem they sent a complete new Control Head. I have never dealt with a more customer friendly and knowledgeable team. They go above and beyond for there customers and I have recommended them to all of my friends.

I've had to ask for... help on the online chat a couple of times - always received very good advice
If I were to suggest any improvements:
- I'm not a fan of the screw-in-junction (would be good if the Reverse Osmosis unit came with a proper t-piece
- These two units complement each other - the reverse osmosis unit for drinking water, the water softener for everything else - would be good to see them sold as a bundle

Vraiment très satisfait ! J'ai acheté un W2B200 sur Amazon. Après avoir vu les différents commentaires, j'ai voulu tenter ma chance et je ne suis vraiment pas déçu. Tout ce qui est dit est vrai. J'avais une eau très dure mais c'était avant.... je... dois encore maitriser certains réglages notamment pour le petit gout salé qu'a l'eau. Ce n'est pas désagréable mais peut gêner un peu. A priori l'installation d'un filtre à cartouche en sortie d'adoucisseur peut régler ce problème.

I ordered the W2B800 unit from Amazon and have been using it for around 1.5-2 months now. The unit was delivered in quick time, and has been fairly straight-forward (for my builder) to install. There were a couple of pipe fittings that were the... wrong size (though I ordered what was recommended by W2B), their local representative (Steve) was quick to re-order the correct size, and no cost to me. He's also been very responsive and helpful - both pre (answering my queries) and post sale (with set up & configuration guidance). The softener itself works excellently, and the water which is supplied at around 280-300ppm is now "very soft". In summary, great value for money, good quality product and excellent service.read more

I am a Water2buy customer since 2011 and have been enjoying and continue to experience their excellence in all areas of their business today.
The quality of their products is such that I never needed to research for water purification products... from another company. I personally use a five-stage reverse osmosis purifying system bought from Water2buy at a very affordable price seven years ago and operating without any problems to date.
Back then, my wife was a distributor of another water purification products supplier and had a water testing kit to test and show potential customers the quality of the tap water and the one purified by a reverse osmosis system.
The kit uses two electrodes in a glass of tap water for a few minutes and you don't want to see (or maybe you want) what the water turns into in the glass - a black, muddy, disgusting liquid with a nasty smell. This is the tap water we drink in Ireland (or, I guess, the majority of the people do, because I and my family don't - we use reverse osmosis system from Water2buy).
The same test performed on a glass of purified with the system water returns crystal clear results! It tastes clean. Since then I have tried only a few times to taste the tap water and the taste is repulsive to me. I think there's no need to say more.
However, I can say more about the customer experience with Water2buy and their excellent customer service. They are an Irish company to trust. Always promptly answer queries and solve issues quickly and efficiently to the customer satisfaction (and I really mean this)! Special thanks to Steven in this regard, who recently didn't leave me and made all efforts until he resolved an issue with the payment of my last order from Water2buy!

- the 800 is a monster machine and will cover all your needs (silently and incredibly efficiently)

I live in a very hard water area where the water often has a chemical taste and smell, this water filter tap takes care of all that and my water now tastes great. Bought a WB200 this week and needed a little help to commission the unit. They phone back and were superb in helping me understand how it worked and how to test. I bought a electronic TDS meter and was advised by them that it wasnt suitable so i... did a test using 3 samples of water and a fixed soap test. They are correct the TDS meter does not reflect the effectiveness of the softener. It is actually an electrical conductivity meter configured to read total disolved solids in PPM. the assumptions made bi the TDS meter are only true for specific mix of the disolved particle so it will always be inacurate.
